    2020 scholarship numbers cross $1 million

    With admissions offers from top institutions like Columbia, Yale, UPenn, Georgetown and others, D2C fellows have received $1.64 million in scholarships, crossing 1 million dollar mark for the second time in three years.

    D2C Fellow Ritik Raj accepted to Georgetown University with 2.5 crores scholarship

    Ritik, a first-generation college goer, comes from a family of farmers in the Indian state of Bihar. Both a D2C Fellow and a DexSchool graduate, Ritik will receive a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, America's leading institution for International Relations and Foreign Affairs and the alma mater of several heads of states globally, including two US Presidents Bill Clinton and Lyndon B. Johnson.

    D2C Fellow Anahita Khanna accepted to America's # 1 Columbia Journalism School

    Born and brought up in Chandigarh, India, Anahita will pursue a Master's Degree in Journalism at Columbia University in the City of New York — America's No. 1 Graduate School for Journalism. Anahita runs a charitable foundation working for women and children and is the recipient of Paul Harris Fellowship by Rotary International.

    D2C Fellow Abhinav Khanna accepted to Case Western Reserve University with 1.86 crores scholarship

    A resident of Bihar, Abhinav will pursue his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at one of the world's most prestigious private research universities — consistently ranked in Top 20 and alma mater of more than 17 Nobel laureates.

    D2C Graduate Fellow Ishraq Fazal Accepted to The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy

    Ishraq will pursue his Master's Degree in Law and Diplomacy (MALD) at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, the oldest graduate school of international affairs in the United States, on their highest institutional scholarship. Born and brought up in Mysuru, Karnataka, Ishraq completed a year-long tenure at United Nations office in Bangkok, Thailand while being a D2C Fellow.

    D2C Fellow Pretty Priyadarshini accepted to Yale, Columbia and UPenn

    Pretty has received a total of Rs. 1.02 crores in scholarships to pursue a Master's degree in Public Health at some of the world's most prestigious universities. A doctor-cum-public health worker by profession, Pretty currently serves as an Aspirational District Fellow with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India and has worked on the frontlines of major public health crises in India including the COVID-19 outbreak.

    D2C Fellow Khushi Chindaliya Appointed Ambassador of National Society of High School Scholars

    National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS) is a US-based honor society run by the descendants of Sir Alfred Nobel. Khushi, who hails from Gujarat, India, is the first from her city to be appointed as NSHSS Ambassador for her "academic excellence and strong commitment to community service."
